It was easy to fast yesterday with being so distracted with Blake’s surgery. I do not recommend fasting if you are brand new to this lifestyle. I am currently fasting now, but thought this was cool. It’s the life fasting app if anyone is interested.
Made a loaded cauliflower casserole!! I will be digging in shortly. 🤩

Egg fast day 3.. started with a fatty coffee (1 Tbs HWC, 1 Tbs Mct oil, and stevia) Down 2.2 lbs in the last 2 days so far!! I will post all results when I’m done! Today isn’t going to be 100% egg fast approved.. Patience. Yesterday marked my 3 month anniversary with #keto
. Before beginning this journey, I would start a “diet” and last maybe a week at the most. If I didn’t see a change, I would get discouraged and stop. With Keto, I learned to trust the process, and see that there were little instant gratifications such as ketone checking, non-scale victories, heck, even the scale was moving! Keto is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change! Since Keto, I have become more confident. I have began to challenge myself actively. And most importantly, I am falling in love with myself. ❤️ .

I was down 4 pounds this morning (WHAT?!?!). My favorite meal has been the egg salad. I need to hard boil some more eggs! I just made the egg salad with mayo, a little mustard and salt and pepper.
A little buness double cheeseburger for lunch yesterday. Super fresh and delicious!

keto products really changed the game for me. No more taking 3-5 days to get back into keto when I do a carb refeed. Fast for 24hrs then a cup of coffee with this creamer with exonegous ketones and I'm back in keto. 60-hour keto reboot SMASHED and I feel AMAZING ❤️
Little back story— SO.
Over the last month or so I would describe my diet as super lazy keto.
I would follow it, but if we went out to eat or whatever and something non-keto was presented to me,
I’D EAT IT 🤷🏼♀️😅
I have gained about 9 lbs over the last month, BUT we working on it 💁🏼♀️
The purpose of this reboot for me wasn’t to lose that weight.
But to detox & reset my body and rid myself from the bloated yucky feeling and get my body into full blown ketosis again.
And can I just say, I FREAKIN MISSED THIS FEELING.
I honestly feel like my body has been completely reset and today is a fresh start for me.
It’s not just feeling the difference, but I am SO amazed I can actually SEE the difference in my stomach 😳 (Goodbye bloated train, Hello keto train 🤩).
Something else I also realized about this 60-hour keto reboot...
It was definitely a little more challenging for me to hang in there since I was SO use to eating junk and pretty much eating to the point I want to explode 😅💥💥💥
So last night around hour 47-48 I was feeling a little weak minded!
But I told myself I’ve come THIS far so I chugged some water and went to bed 😅🤷🏼♀️
Definitely thankful I did because I am so proud of myself today!
Today marks a big day for me..
