I dug into my snack pack today. I was ravenous and I don’t know why! I guess we just have those days. Maybe it is due to being back on the gym 💪🏻! My strategy is to keep in them in my trunk. So when I want them I have to walk to my car (that is parked far away from the building) and I pick out ☝🏻bag! I am hoping as it gets hotter, they will start tasting like fresh pork rinds! 😂 How do you deal with hungry days?
Day 11: Condiments are like little ninjas! Before I started keto I, for the most part, cut all condiments out or had them in moderation. I say they are like ninjas because the calories and sugars just sneak up on you! You could have the healthiest salad but drowned it in dressing, which makes it not so healthy anymore or you could have some eggs or a veggie burger and smother them in ketchup which could lead to more calories then the actual meal! BBQ sauce and ketchup were some of my favorites I used to drink them out of the bottle(I know eww, but could not help it). Just from condiments alone I was exceeding the daily recommend intake of added sugars which is 25 grams a day for women and 37 grams for men. Recently my total intake of sugar never exceeds 10 grams, which is amazeballs if I may say so.
The only condiments I really use are hot sauce (and a lot of it), salt, pepper, regular mustard, olive oil, etc just low calorie/no sugar/ low carb alternatives to add some taste.
Now again I am no expert this is just my opinion. So next time you are eating just be aware of how much ketchup,dressing,etc. you are putting on. It could save you from going over your macro/calorie goals for the day.

Dinner: Beyond Meat's Impossible Burger with a spinach base cuz I did not have lettuce wrap. I topped it with avocado,
Onion, and a pinch of mozzarella cheese

Hubby was craving pizza so I made fathead pizza tonight for dinner. Swipe for how delicious this crust turns out. I make a few alterations because I like a thick crust vs. thin. I use traditional #fathead dough but add 1/2 tsp baking powder and add a generous sprinkle of yeast for flavor when I add the egg. Instead of parchment paper I generously butter a round pan and then spread it out to create a bit of crust. I bake it with no toppings until brown. Add @raoshomemade sauce and toppings. Bake a bit longer and then broil for a crispy top. Coat the crust in garlic butter. 😍 Dough recipe was doubled tonight for four of us. Not pictured is the orange soda I made with a Sprite zero and a splash of orange mio 🍕

I am a lazy bag of bones tonight. So, I threw a @missionfoodsus low carb burrito wrap into my air fryer for a few minutes, then put some Raos and fresh mozzarella on top and put it under the broiler until just melted. Simple and done in less then 20 minutes. Now, to go watch my 3 hours of shows 😁
