I've always been really bad at organizing my schedule, my house, heck...even my thoughts 😖
I think I need to take some time to get better at organizing everything because more often than not my life seems so chaotic.
I need to manage my time better so I don't get overwhelmed like I always do and end up neglecting my healthy keto WoE, my sleep habits, exercise habits, my home, my passions, and my goals.
I will try to make posts still (I'll probably just have my husband post for me actually).
But I might not spend as much time, if any, online and interacting for a while...and I am so sorry in advanced for that!
You guys have been there for me so many times and I want to be here for you all too, but I think I could do that better if I can finally have a few things sorted out in my life first.

I finally got cleared to workout 🏋️ and I got a new kettlebell to put to use! Tomorrow I am challenging myself with this woworkout for the next 30 days. Tried this out this weekend and I loved it. Half a serving is still 73g 120 Cals 6g fat 10g protein and only 4 NET CARBS! So this is such an awesome change of pace for us keto lovers. I added a little sugar free chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I got this from my boys over at @xnsupps
