ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ НА 2 ПИРОЖКА
3/4 стакана Моцареллы
1/3 стакана миндальной муки
2 крупных яйца
2 столовые ложки сливочного масла
3 поджаренных ломтика бекона
Расплавить тёртую моцареллу, добавить миндальную муку. Перемешать до однородной массы.
Раскатать получившееся тесто между двумя листами пергаментной бумаги.
Взболтать с маслом и выложить вместе с кусочками бекона по по центру блина.
Сложите и запечатать тесто конвертиком или классическим пирожком. Вилкой проделать в тесте несколько отверстий, чтобы выпустить лишний пар при при выпекании.
Выпекать при 200° С в течение примерно 20 минут или до тех пор, пока тесто не станет золотисто-коричневым.

We had a busy day at the water park and were too tired to cook dinner so we stopped by Taco Casa. I had a taco salad without beans and added extra meat, cheese, sour cream and olives. I ate every bit, except the taco shell. So good! 🌮👍🏻
