It’s been a minute since we’ve posted. We’re both on a good tract currently. Never really went fully off, but it’s easy to cheat and be”kind of Keto”. If that’s possible.🤦♀️ Regardless, we were both still very aware of what we were consuming just not as focused. But it’s back. Kristin lost over 10lbs last week...putting her over a 70lbs loss. Super proud of my girl. Her Ketones have been at a steady 2.0+. She’s killing it. I have yet to test, but I will. Keeping the carbs low, is the priority. Hope life is treating everyone well. Finally went to Chefbox today to grab a quick lunch. They have a great variety of local chef prepared meals that range from comfort food to heathy options. Some are meant to be eaten cold, others reheated. I chose a healthy ground turkey, yams and green beans meal from B Nutricious. Clean and healthy and pretty tasty.
