Just been focused on glow & growth✨♻️
So towards the end of last year and start of this year I wasn’t in the best of places mentally.I stopped any kind of diet and training was stressed all the time started drinking again and was on average eating 2 meals a day 1 of which would be a takeaway I did this for around 3 months and my body paid the price for that.
On the 8th of January I took the left hand pictures weighing 97kg I decided I couldn’t go on Ben Leighton stag do in the shape I was in but I lacked any kind of fucks to get up and do anything about it I went back to what I know with the help from JJ Preps and Cara Hood got a grip of my diet started hitting my macros and started to train again.
Why am I boring all you guys with this am I now in good shape NO nothing like I feel I should be or will be however. I have dieted for 10 weeks during that time the scales went as high as 102kg once I started filling my muscle hitting the nutrition right my body responded and I got heavy then it balanced out we made some
Changes created a calorie deficit and here we have a before and after picture which is by NO MEANS amazing but shows that in 10 weeks of training and dieting I have in effect lost only 2lb on the scale but my body composition is very different.Scale watchers fixate so much on what the scales say and not actually what they look and feel like.
Summer is coming for anybody wanting to make a start my best advice is this be aware of your weight but don’t fixate. If you feel bigger/stronger/faster/healthier you are does it matter if the scale says your more or less than your original start weight aslong as you feel and look better??? - Getting better at #Crossfit
is a marathon, it is not a sprint! Being patient, hard working, consistent and resilient is absolutely essential! .
- Being strong physically is essential, yes! But, being stronger between the ears is IMPERATIVE! .

Pas de relâchement ! On continue sur sa lancée, on ne s'arrête en chemin que si nous y sommes obligés. ○○ On évacue le stress causé par l'approche de mon examen de permis de conduire.
Il est hors-de-ques-tion que je le rate une troisième fois.
J'en ai cruellement besoin, ne serait que pour aller à la salle.
▶De la détente, du cocooning, du sport, des sorties, de la lecture... ○○Ma forme est revenue. Après deux semaines d'acharnement, j'ai plus ou moins retrouvé mon souffle et mes forces.
Je m'é-clate pendant ma séance ! ...Dans tous les sens du terme. ▶Je m'entraîne à raison de 3 séances par semaine. Aujourd'hui, c'est REPOS. ♡ ○○Niveau alimentation, je m'autorise toujours quelques plaisirs. Comme une petite boule de glace à la vanille après un repas.
Sinon, je suis irréprochable.
AU MENU aujourd'hui: escalope de dinde à la crème légère et aux champignons. Je vous le mettrai dans la story.
