Heading to the park today?? Why not try some tricep dips to work on our bingo arms! I used a bench but anything of similar height will work just as well. Hands shoulder width apart and lower yourself. Better if you cross your feet unlike me 🙈🙈 and get low! 3 sets of 12 inbetween chasing your littles around 👍🤣 Im no professional, im learning just as you are from what i know from my job days, friends and videos. Be safe dont do more than you are ready for!

... In third place for Challenge 18, the lovely Donna Huston - a gorgeous combination of dedicated and delightful. You would never know from looking at her but Donna has been on a massive journey to reclaim her health and fitness. For the Challenge we were all in awe that she stuck with the meal plan no matter what and OMG, look at the results!! Donna (and her Mum!) are both regular runners as well as F45ers. All of the muscle she has put on has gone to powering her long runs - 16kms was a breeze the other day, still felt strong at the end. What a great outcome!! Like Kelly, she also lost FAT and put on MUSCLE!!

Today I'm posting my new leg routine. I usually update my training program every four weeks in order to avoid plateaus. I don't mean just changing the exercises, but also using different the training styles. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This can be done by adjusting the number of repetitions, sets, tempo, and load of each exercise. The goal is to create a challenge that will elicit the adaptations you are looking for.
