A bicep movement I've mixed into my routine this year is spider curls. It's like a preacher curl, only the pad is straight down instead of at an incline. This puts the majority of the tension at the top of the range of motion, also making it the most challenging part
A little trick is to flex your triceps at the bottom of the movement, while your biceps are relaxed. This helps provide a maximal stretch of the biceps
If you don't have curl station like this in your gym, you can always lay your chest against an incline bench and hang your arms straight down, it works the same way
How do y'all like the faces I make when I lift? 😂 Honestly this just comes from having an intense focus on my breathing. In almost every movement you do, you should inhale on the negative part of the rep, and exhale on the positive, so that you ensure oxygenated blood is circulating to the working muscles. Besides, if you didn't make any weird faces, did you really even get a good workout?
