In all seriousness, I’ve added skipping in to my warm up here and there. .
1️⃣ It’s super efficient
2️⃣ Full Body, plus core bracing
3️⃣ Promotes Body Coordination & Function
I’ll skip for a couple mins, versus 5-10mins on a bike/treadmill. Heart is motoring, muscles awake and switched on. Plus, flashes of Rocky come to mind... 🤣
I try and do 2mins straight, but as you can see, it doesn’t always pan out 🙈.
