I've been in Spain for the last week which basically translates to no gym.
However, I'm still managing to burn fat and my strength, if anything, has increased 😎

Day 2 of #HappierHammies
is all about the ubiquitous downward facing dog. My variation for tomorrow’s pose is a 3-legged dog.
The real struggle with this pose is keeping the hip of the flying leg squared, and not externally rotated. Of course, you can turn the hip out, but it changes the focus of the pose. Keeping the hip squared helps to strengthen the hamstrings of the flying leg, while the grounded leg is getting a lovely hamstring stretch.
