dipping sauce. These didn’t turn out the way I would have liked plus I’m actually not that hungry so I don’t think I was in the right mood to experiment. However they did taste quite nice.
with raspberry and cannoli cream layer. I am so over sweet things these days. I know they tell you that if you keep eating artificial sweeteners your cravings will never go away. Not the case for me: sweeteners were my life saviours in the very beginning of my keto journey as they kept me from feeling deprived and showed my husband that keto dessert are just as tasty, so there is nothing to be afraid of. I started putting sweetener to taste (which was less and less each time) and eventually we realised that what is sweet to us is not that sweet for others. Nowadays I can be quite satisfied having a high fat yogurt with some nuts and seeds for dessert. I still make proper desserts as I love cooking and my hubby still needs his sweet tooth tamers. And I still can’t believe I have cured my food and sugar addiction. I have a thing for cabbage. Cabbage streaks, pan fried, raw in salads... I love it all. It's dirt cheap and hella good for you (do people still say hella?). _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
I pan fried onion , garlic, cabbage and radishes in some bacon fat to start and finished with some butter. Bought some farmers sausage that was **sugar free** and fried face down in the same pan for about 5 mins until warmed through. Added some cheddar, sour cream and green onions (because I add those three to every meal 😂 )
Bikram Yoga killed me today. Not only had I done a 20 hour fast but I also placed my yoga mat in the worst possible location --right in front of the heater. It was blowing hot air on me the entire class and I almost had to leave! The worst! It took so much mental focus to concentrate on my breathing and push through the heat and discomfort. Intermittent fasting this time around, i tested it last week before i started my cut down and i didn't go to gym for 7 days wile on a Intermittent fasting diet and lost 2kg in a week so this will be what stay on for the next 90 days..

Then lot,s of water during the morning. My job keep me bussy during the morning. While fasting I really feel focused in what i,m doing and bc my body is get used to it, the feelings are great with lots of energy and no cravings.

at 14:30 pm.
Then I,ll get home at 17:00 pm when it,s time to have a #greenshake
with vegetables+ fruit+ some powder (vegan or whey )protein.
My only solid meal a day is at 20:00pm more or less in which i try to watch the micronutrients and the protein intake I need (the rest of macros I dont mind)
This is my nutrition that works best for me based on my experience. Everybody is different and has to know how to do it
