Last food intake was at 4pm yesterday.
I have a dinner at 6pm later that's why I adjusted my eating time from 10am to 12pm. I wasn't hungry naman kaninang 10am pero ngayon hungry na ko hahaha. Food was served at 12:40pm.
Trying to lessen my eating time from 8 hours to 6 hours din para longer ang fasting hours. Gusto ko rin kseng matry ang 1day, 3days up to 7days fast 😁

The first step to heal any illness is a mucus reducing diet. The first thing I want to say is that I am totally ashamed and embarrassed as to how I looked before. I have debated back in forth if I would ever share my “fat”photos because I still consider myself fat and know I have so much more weight to lose. Due to depression, stress and a bad thyroid I blew up from 220 to 364 lbs. Granted...even at 220 lbs I really needed to lose weight and my BMI was way too high. I’m so sorry that this happened and my body went through this kind of treatment. I know that Gods love and patience is what got me through my health problems. Delivering the wake up call that I needed to take control of my life and do something about it. I’m now down to 281. I know I have a long way to go but please understand my journey I have endured so far. This weight loss journey has not been an easy one. These photos makes me want to cry out of pure shame but also proud for how I have turned my life around. This is what over 80 lbs of weight loss looks like. About the account: I made this account not to show off and just to show people what I’m doing but to inform people and teach people about the lies the fitness industry has been telling us. Also in hope for it to become bigger in the future. The fitness industry has been lying to the people for countless years about dieting and training but most importantly dieting. We’ve all been told that carbs add fat and to stay away from sugars and greasy things but that is all a lie. Those type of foods are great for muscle growth especially if you use intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is not eating breakfast and having two meals throughout the day usually a smaller lunch and a huge dinner. The idea that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is bullshit. When you wake up in the morning your cortisol is at its highest point which makes fat break down when you’re in a fasted state. Eating in the morning however makes insulin spike causing muscle growth to shut down and creates fat storage throughout the day. It’s good to fast for the first 4-6 hours of the day. Durning this entire fasting process you are losing fat. Then when you workout your muscle growth is amazing and you replenish yourself with a meal after.
Another fitness industry lie: The idea that cardio is the best thing for fat loss and doing a lot of it greats more fat loss. Fake!!! Cardio is a great thing to do on your off days but not too much of it. If you’re doing steady cardio 10-30 minutes is food enough. Or if you’re walking 45 minutes to an hour. Any more than that starts to burn your muscle and does not burn anymore fat and doing lots of cardio makes you more hungry causing you to over eat. The best thing for burning fat and getting to a great physique is absolutely nailing a diet. Believe it or not you can get to 7% body fat or under without any cardio.

I made this with a low carb chicken stock from Coles the @celebratehealth
brand. I only used a cup of it so not too much. I roasted a butternut pumpkin and sprinkled some ground cumin before going into the oven. I cooked a little leek in some butter and puréed this altogether with the stock once cooked. Added some pumpkin seeds and delish 😋
.i normally substitute the stock for coconut milk instead but I’m all out today so I used the stock but it was really tasty.
Life happens, commitments get interrupted and bad eating habits return. But i didn’t let 3 weeks of eating crap get me down. I’m back on the grind! Not only am I still doing Keto but I’ve recently deciding to try IF (intermittent fasting) and I’m loving it! I only eat between 2pm-10pm and normally only have dinner. I’m trying to get away from my bad snacking habits and IF is really helping with that! Only 2 more pounds to go before I can check off the next box on my tracker! Hey all, sorry to disappear for a week or so. Hubby and I are doing well, he is down 16lbs now, I’m on a scale strike. Still feeling really great physically, thought emotionally I still get fucked up about numbers on the scale (which is why the scale and I are broken up for a while) been busy working, running after kids and playing music. I’ve been taking pics of our Keto meals and forgetting to post them so I’ll try and get those up soon. This last week I’ve been doing IF between 18-20hrs a day and it’s been amazing.
