Seeking Medical Attention
The success of any claim you may have for monetary damages resulting from bodily injury will depend heavily on having a thorough medical record that documents your injuries, their relation to the accident, and their impact on your life.
That was one difficult run! Despite of having a lower back and knee injuries, and pain meds didn’t took effect, I still managed to finish the half marathon. And I’m very very glad, blessed and thankful for that! Looking forward for the next Leg 😄 (I think I really have the #HeartToFinish
?) Hehe! ❤️💪🏻
At that point where im not sure if I want to start at the gym again or completely quit. Ive been fighting this shoulder injury for going on now 6 months, and the frustration is immense and the motivation is nonexistent. Feels like I've basically lost my years worth of muscle gain and gained a considerable amount of gut weight. Been roughly 2 months of no training, eating like a fat fuck, and throwing what I can at this shoulder. Gym has always helped me keep my mind on track of eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle (to some extent). I have a huge addiction to bad food and the willpower of a child, eat eat eat eat eat eat! My mind has gone to the point of "what can i do now that this fucking shoulder still isn't healed". Anyone knows that if you have a shoulder injury it cuts all upper body training out. I tried training around it, doing a ton of legs, cardio, whatever i could to stay motivated. Feels like ive been at this breaking point for months and months. Both sides of my mind are screaming at me to quit and go back to the gym FUUCK 🙃🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫
Farid performing a single leg Bulgarian squat with medicine ball for extra core activation. Good exercise for increasing single leg strength.
This foot!!!! 🤨
‘Plantar fasciitis’ was not in my vocabulary 2 months ago, in fact I’d never heard of it... not any more, I’ve been quite accustomed to the injury and still working through the challenges that comes along with it! 4ks today whereas 2 months ago I would’ve been running 10!! Running less has been so tough (on me and my poor hubby 🙃) as I use it not only to maintain fitness but to clear my mind and run off any worries/stresses... I’ve learnt from all this that my love for running IS real and it IS an important part of my life that I want to endure for as long as I can... oh, and to ALWAYS look after your feet!!! 😜👊🏼

Being an instagrammer, who has quite a lot of followers, I get to try many new clothes, shoes and accessories. I respect all of you and the love you give me, so I always carefully select collaborations to participate in, never accept offers I don’t like and never advertise things I dislike. Your trust and opinion really matters to me and your suggestions/critique/comments/etc. are always appreciated!❤️
This time, I have started testing @enertorglobal
Performance Insoles. Many people say they have improved their PBs when they were using those insoles so I can’t wait to see how it works for me! Even Usain Bolt used them!😁😁 They have a lot of useful info on their page - enertor.com and, if you decide to try any of their products, use my code BAAUGUSTE to get 25% off across their site! Hope it will be useful to some of you ☺️ What’s your opinion about various insoles?
Shoulder injuries have always followed me. Several years back popped my shoulder in and out..It was painful. It was my mistake all the way. Last year i tore my labrum while performing bench presses. This time form was good but i pushed it too far... For any strength trainees this may seem omni present. Considering the shoulder girdle is taxed while training all upper body muscles..be it shoulder, chest ,back...but the result of shoulder immobility or injury will have consequences in lower body movements too especially while u perform squats where pulling onto the bar tightly n correctly is critical. This can refer pain in areas such as elbows or biceps too and you would be wondering what's going on🤔
This is simple routine i follow before I start training my upper body muscles. I ease into the bands..Try to gently move my neck ,arm.nd wiggle around as i see a gradual reduction in tightness and slowly work my way to harder to reach areas. I sometimes continue mobilizing them as i get into my working sets if i feel too tight..Try it before you fry your joints! Your joints dont always cope up with your muscles...Take it from a very well injured man😂..🙏 Btw the video has been sped up...plz go slow!

🤕 Man down 🤒 end of week 11 on my 20 weeks of keeping active and holiday ready looks a bit like this 😩 sinus pain all week, no sleep, lat decided to go mid pull up earlier in the week, full body fatigue and major ear ache ... I feel bloated & frumpy and down right yuck. Trying to top my iron levels up, getting the goodness and greens in and having a few days rest in the hope I’ll be back to normal by Monday 🙏🏼 #reallife #tired #realistic #fitness #training #weekend #injuries #bloated #yuck #sendpizza
This injury is becoming my greatest enemy... But let me tell you something, this war is not over ! I may fall a million times, I will always get up stronger !

The only thing we control in Jiu Jitsu is effort, stay in love with the process and put in the work. Your time is coming! 💯
🍀 ? Then BREAK A LEG! 👣 Want to know the story behind that phrase? Here it is:
In the theater 🎭 as well as among musicians 🎻 there’s a superstition in which wishing a performer "good luck" is considered bad luck 👎But how did they come up with the “break a leg” phrase? 🤔 .
Well, the edge of a theater's stage is marked with a line known as the "leg line" ⛔ Beyond this point one could be seen by the audience 👏👏👏
So, to tell a performer to "break a leg" was to wish them the luck to have the opportunity to perform and get paid 😥🤗
Break a leg on San Patrick's Day!!! But please... don't 😀
