“Find joy in everything you choose to do. Every job, relationship, home... it's your responsibility to love it, or change it.” - Chuck Palahniuk 📍 The Castle Inn Riverside, Wichita, KS, USA

This is a castle worth living in. Just beautiful.
This is the world winter reveals, the past surfacing anew. At Hennepin and Lake, one of our deadliest intersections for people walking, there’s evidence of a different world, community streets and public transit. It’s no coincidence here that white Minneapolitans have managed to both thoroughly cede our public space to Exxon and Ford and, in our social space, exacerbate racial inequity.
Our collective brokenness is not inevitable, it is not external to us. We write our future in every choice we make, in every street we rebuild, in every step we take, in every story we share.
I just can't get enough of this city! My close friends know as I keep bombarding them with pictures of Rotterdam on Whatsapp trying to convince them to visit me here! :-D
The Erasmus Bridge is 800m long / 140m tall and designed by Dutch architect @ben_van_berkel
; founder of architectural practice @unstudio_architecture.
At 22 years young it shines brightly amongst other star architect structures like Renzo Piano's KPN Tower (2000), Mecanoo's Montevideo Tower (2005), Alvaro Siza's New Orleans (2010) and OMA's De Rotterdam (2013). It even featured in 1998 Jackie Chan film, Who Am I?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
