Body updates: I got on the scale yesterday for the first time in awhile and I’m back down to my normal weight after the holidays, vacation, and everything but I want to keep pushing myself and work on getting in the best shape I’ve been in so I’m trying to keep my diet clean & working out hard even with my new busy work schedule and life because I have goals I want to accomplish ✅.

I used to hate benching. I avoided it like crazy because I sucked at it, I was weak.
It’s been a little over a year since I have been consistently benching 2x per week. Am I the best at it? No, but I’ve made tremendous progress and I know it’s the only way I’ll ever improve. & It’s funny how the exercises you once didn't like become your new favorites when you get better at them🤷🏼♀️
