🏋🏼♀️ BARBELL CLUB 🏋🏽♀️ What is a Ladies Barbell Club? 🤔 Well! It's not a "class" it's just a club. It's an opportunity for lasses to get together & throw down a WOD or try 1RM of their favourite Olympic lifts in a supportive environment. This does mean it is uncoached mind. I don't mind putting my hand up & saying I am not qualified to coach yet! So I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression. I'm just a newbie to this myself. It's good fun though! We enjoyed the challenge of doing a WOD together 💪🏻💕

I never have actually done good mornings with weight so I’m probs doing it wrong but here’s a small part of my back/tris workout today (sped up). Im always looking for more ideas! What are some of your favorite back exercises?
Dammmnn...That moment when I finished tonight's SUPERSET WOD...OMG! BEST FEELING EVER!! Didn't think I'd ever make it to the end. When I was having a moment of wanting to quit.. Cyn was like "Come on Buff girl!" 🤣😂 sometimes I need that motivation to get me going. After tonight..Cyn kicked my 🍑🍑with ZUMBA and SUPERSETS absolutely killed my arms dead! I was dead on the ground but I was so friggin proud of myself. Heck yaaasss! Oh and tonight with the 745 night crew was way too funny with these two Alexa Amber Garcia and Elaine Gonzalez we were having waaay too much fun...yea sorry for all the cussin tonight! 🤬 whatt?! Is that Janelle? Yup that was me alright!! That's how good tonight's WOD was. Oh the pain but Hell it was damn awesome to finish strong like badasses! I mean look at our guns. We smashed it! Hi there! As I teased you in my stories last night, today’s workout may be ‘simple’ in terms of format and quick in terms of duration, but don’t be fooled - it’s challenging! It should likely take anywhere from 10-15 minutes to complete, pending how often you rest. See below for the format!
➡️ you’ve got 2 exercises: burpees and hand release pushups. Feel free to take any modifications you need for either of these, especially the HRPU. If you find your hips sagging and back arching as you try to lift up, please drop to your knees until you gain enough strength to be on your toes 🙏🏼
➡️ the format is 10 reps of burpees, 1 rep of HRPU. Then, 9 burpees, 2 HRPU .... all the way until you do 1 burpee and 10 HRPU. .
See? I told you it’s simple. But simple is different than easy 😉
And the beauty of this is that it can be done anywhere, with minimal space! You can also use it as a finisher for you strength workout. Tag a friend below and let me know if you give it a try!
