This was a quick jog and some abs while baby girl was taking her morning nap!! Hubby is out of town all week so I’m squeezing in as much mommy/daughter time as I can. I did stairs yesterday and that was brutal after having the stomach bug all day Sunday, but thank god today everyone is fully recovered🙌🏼🙏🏼!!

Practice, practice, practice. Making micro (and macro) adjustments as needed to make sure I’m keeping my form clean. I notice that I angle my torso on the way back up to compensate for my lack of strength and I need to just grind through the move instead letting things slide. Speaking of sliding, the carpet doesn’t help - think I’ll have to grab some shoes next time and see how that fares.

Morning home gym. After my first two babies, I felt like my body just bounced back to shape (though I’m sure it really didn’t). After my third baby, I could feel that my body needed to do some mending as I had back pain among other things. An English speaking health centre in Tokyo has a physiotherapist who can assess and help with mummies post-partum. The great thing is, her rehab and workouts require little equipment (Pilates ball, therabands and TRX suspension trainers) and has videos sent to you (after assessments) so I can do it all at home and take it with me when I travel this summer. I’ve also been able to bring baby to the appointments. Club 360 in Roppongi offers this! @club360roppongi
*I do offer occasional nutritional counselling at Club360 but I don’t get any perks for sharing this info here, it’s based solely on my personal experience.
So since I’m having my pup here full time figure I had to find a balance of finding days to go out and hit the gym and days where I should stay and bond with my pup. So I made a deal. Days I get home late or am too tired to go to the gym are going to be reserved for patio fitness. Figure it’s best to give my dog enough bonding time so I’m not leaving her alone all day....and besides...she’s a pretty good motivator 😂
There’s a lot of loneliness out there, hiding in plain sight. I can’t speak to the life he led, only to the fact that his music spoke to me during a tough time. I was listening to some students talk yesterday about his music and if the news was true, how sad they would feel. 🙏

There’s always a way to keep moving and to keep moving towards your goals!

Sure, I’d probably have killer abs if I cut out those fries, turned down that cocktail I had to celebrate Father’s Day, or passed on the bites of ice cream my kids offered me. But killer abs isn’t my goal. My goal is to live a life filled with balance

Just trying my best 😇 Better than watching Netflix and eating chips right?! I smiled at the end and stuck my tongue out because I am silly and I will never change! If I can do it, anyone can. I hate the gym because I feel weird and insecure but there’s no excuse to not get a sick, sweaty workout in from home! (Please don’t judge me, LOL)

I am still in awe of the programs I am doing. 4 DAYS. 30 MINS A DAY. UNREAL. I have always been the type of person to go to the gym and work my butt of... When I felt like it.
These days I dont have to "feel like it " I get my butt out of bed and I do ny workout.. then I sit and have my morning coffee.
Nothing is better. Seriously. Ask me about what I am doing.
As I get older, my goals have changed. I used to want to be SKINNY and tanned. I’d do my best with the latest fad diet pre vacation. Maybe that meant cabbage soup, maybe that meant the special k diet 🙈, maybe it meant hours a day walking/running. 🙄
Now my health is my priority. STRENGTH is my focus. I put less time and stress on my fitness as it’s all laid out for me. I workout from home. Can you believe my best results came with working out from home in LESS time?
I’m working out 4 days a week right now with our prep program for the new release. I’m not cutting out any food groups. I do supplement my nutrition with a smoothie every day.😍🙌🏻 The balance is working. I still remember, how I felt in the picture on the left.🙇🏻♀️ I was so big, I couldn't even use the body scale I had at home. It went 'only' up to 140kg (308 lbs) and basically, the scale display just showed 🚫🚫 TOO HEAVY 🚫🚫 when I stood on it. Wow - even my scale told me I'm too heavy.
How did I feel, you're asking?
👉🏼 Worthless, defeated, sluggish, lost, but most of all upset. Upset with myself and how out of control I let things get. 🤦🏻♀️The comfort eating had gotten out of hand.
🎯When I first started my journey, I had an "ideal weight" in my mind. The target I wanted to reach.
Now, a few years down the line, I am only 10kg (22 lbs) away from this number. But, you know what's even better? ➡️ I'm not actually fixated on that number on the scale anymore.
⚡I KNOW I am doing my best every day. I've learned ways to deal with emotional eating. I work out, most days of the week. I eat really well, most days of the week. I take care of myself. I feel AMAZING. 🙆🏻♀️ I have built muscle. I have improved my health. I have worked on myself FOR myself - and still am. I enjoy moving my body and eating good food.

soo because the length of the video I had to make everything fast😣 buuut sorry I haven’t been posting, I still been working out everyday just couldn’t find time to record. Every ab workout I did 30 seconds each rest for 1 minute then repeat. Glutes I did 3 sets of 10
I’ll start gym videos again in a week or two, for right now I’m doing home videos.

On my most mornings I sprint down to my workout room, chug some plant based energy, read a devotion while it kicks in, and then pound out an intense workout. This typically fuels my soul and keeps me going throughout day.
But today I was forced to slow it down a tad. My current routine includes yoga which I typically despise but my good it was exactly what I needed.
Perhaps working out and yoga aren’t your thing (we can chat and I’m sure I could help you change that 😉) and that’s ok! What’s important is to find something that helps you slow down, be at peace, and just “be”. #21dayfixextreme

I remember being a little girl and believing to my core that the Easter bunny dropped off all those strategically placed eggs 🐰🐣 I believed (ok, I still do) that Santa Clause always left one bite of his cookie behind cuz he was just so full from all the other houses 🎅🏻🍪 I believed that if I didn't get in bed fast enough after turning off the bedroom light my feet would be attacked by whatever the heck was under the bed 🤷🏼♀️😈 How is it possible that we believe all of these things for years, yet we struggle to believe in ourselves? We struggle to believe we can make that change we've been longing for.

Mayoritas orang terlalu fokus sama berat badan, “yang penting timbangan turun, titik!”
Aku juga dulu kalau timbangan naik 0.2kg aja stress banget sampe gak mau makan seminggu. Sehari cuma mau makan 1x, kalau makan coklat ato kripik gitu rasanya langsung pengen nangis krna ngerasa gagal dan mikir bakal langsung naik 5kg. Hasilnya? Badan aku gak dapet gizi yang cukup dan bikin rambut rontok parah, kuku gak pernah lewatin jari krna selalu patah, lemes seharian, dan food craving parah yang bikin binge eating tiap weekend. Dengan makan kalori yang sangat dikit tiap hari, iya berat aku turun sampe 48kg. Tapi krna ga olahraga sama sekali, ya aku jadi gelambir penuh stretch marks. Kenapa kalo orang cuma diet gak olahraga jadi gelambir? Karna yang turun itu lebih banyak otot daripada lemak. Makanya badannya bakal squishy dan kayak jelly (iya waktu SMA smpe dipanggil jelly sama temen2 😂).
Sekarang aku sangat ga peduli sama berat badan. Fokusin makan untuk kasih badan kalian gizi, gak kekurangan gak kelebihan. Banyak yang bilang makan sehat itu gak enak, gak kuat kalo makan harus gak ada rasanya, dan alasan lainnya. Gak ada yang suruh kalian buat makan makanan yang kalian gak suka. Kalau emang gak suka ayam, masih ada salmon. Kalau gak suka brokoli, masih ada bayam. Makanan itu banyak guys jangan takut 😂. Akupun sampai skrng masih kok makan oreo, chitato, cheese cake, dan kawanannya. Yang harus diinget adalah perharinya 80% makanan harus sehat, 20% nya silahkan makan yang kurang bergizi isokei. Eat to fuel your body, not to feed your emotions 🍖🥦 👌🏻

24 Mei 2017 pertama kalinya beraniin diri buat ngegym. Awalnya malu parah berasa kayak teletubbies lagi olahraga dan takut diejek sok2an ngegym paling 2 minggu udah berenti 😂
Gak kerasa udah 11 bulan aku konsisten working out dan clean eating. Memang badanku belom kayak cewe2 #bodygoals
yang perutnya super rata dan berpantat bahenol. Tapi kalo diliat dari badanku yang dulu, bisa kayak sekarang udah progress luar biasa buat aku. Fokusnya bukan banding2in kenapa badanku belom bisa kayak cewe2 itu, tapi ngeliat progress yang udah badanku hasilkan dari awal sampe sekarang 😄
Gak ada obat diet apapun, fat burner, teh2, atau korset2an. Just hard work and dedication 💪🏻
Baru aja selesai mini bulk, sekarang waktunya cutting buat nongolin lagi abs yang udah tertimbun 😋
