I've had some bad weeks recently - poorly again, probably the 5th times this year only...finally went to the doctors, bloods taken, waiting for the results...basically since I had my son my immune system stopped working properly - I needed blood transfusion, not sure if it has anything to do with it, but before giving birth I was never ill. And in the last 3.5 years I seem to be catching everything...I am taking supplements (vitamin D, magnesium, probiotics and multivitamin) don't drink, don't smoke, workout regularly - not sure what else could I do to strenghten my immune system?! I've started to follow the #lowfodmapdiet
(have IBS) and although my stomach feels much better recently, I still have the occasional upset stomach and/or constipation (TMI sorry!) My workouts - I had to stop after the third week of the #embracetransformationchallenge
due to being very poorly and haven't been able to do high intensity exercises since...slowly getting back to my routine...
So my goal for this summer is not a #bikinibody
but to be as #healthy
