🔵🔴⚪️ Welcome to Phase 1 of our 8 Week Challenge, Spring Training. This two-week phase is designed to alkalize and detox the body, focusing on cleansing, eliminating, preparing and stimulating specific functions of the body. ⚪️🔴🔵
During this phase, the body will be cleansed from a built of toxins whilst enhancing liver function, promoting healthy bowel movement, stimulating the metabolism, removing fluid retention and increasing magnesium and calcium stores in the body. In the first 2 weeks, members will see huge results on the scale due to the removal of fluid retention.
Spring training will be the most challenging phase, as you are stopping all old habits and forming new ones straight away. You may experience cravings, headaches, lack of energy, but it’s important to push through all these struggles and doubts.
The light at the end of the two weeks is knowing these feelings and struggles won’t last, as soon as you enter Phase 2, Regular Season, you will fitter and stronger 💪🏽❤️

’s Just Do It HQ. I thought this event was going to be in an intimate setting with us working out for a couple hours and I showed up totally unprepared for a huge social event with photographers, videographers backdrops, equipment, and IG influencers. Glad I ate and drank enough earlier today because I swear, I don’t wear a FitBit, but we had to have burned at least 1,000 calories during that workout.
Thank you for pushing us, I really liked how we could hear your voices everywhere no matter which group # you were with, because I wanted to tap out a few times in that heat outside, but I am SUPER proud of myself for not giving up. (AND not passing out 😅)
Sometimes when we get too busy in life and ESPECIALLY as trainers trying to help OTHERS, taking care of ourselves can get put on the back burner. I’m SUPER excited about @niketrainingclub

I realized long ago I was not “cool” and I was too weird. I also realized long ago that it was way more fun being me than who some one thought I should be. That it was not worth sacrificing who I am in an attempt to please well, anyone.
I laugh at weird stuff. I do weird stuff. I am weird stuff. 🤣 But without my oddities, what would all the cool kids get to laugh at? Without my awkward, you wouldn’t feel so cool. Without my random, you wouldn’t get to feel as comfortable with your random.
So let it go. Be you. Be the odd, awkward and beautifully random person God created you to be. Give a big 😏 to normal.
