Pimped cauli rice.. sort of. .
In over oven tray throw 1 chopped cauli, 4 branches of kale chopped (minus the spine bit), fresh parsley chopped, 1 leek chopped, dried coriander, dried ground sage (heaps), chilli, 6 rashers of bacon chopped, salt and pepper. I also showered it with my fave seasoning @mingleseasoning
'Sahara'. 4 massive blobs of @paleopure
coconut oil and I'll throw in oven. Stir every 20 mins. Takes about 40 mins on 180-200 deg C. noms. .
You can serve this on its own, with a couple of fried eggs on top Nasi Goreng style or as a side to a meat dish. .
