Every success needs celebrating no matter how small. Helps you feel like you are getting somewhere. Step in the right direction. One step closer. Proud moment. I am in control of food, food is not in control of me.
I'm a emotional eater so if I'm sad or fed up stressed I eat and a taste eater I eat not because I'm hungry but crave the taste.
But lucky for me I've learnt I'm a emotional exerciser too if I'm mad or stressed I take it out on my body in the gym.
Also it's my aim not to look at the scales for 49days, actually means I'm going to have to rehome them for that entire time because I can't keep off them.
Also a body stats at the end of the 49days.
I can so do this. I've done this before I can do it again this time I've added the extras not looking at the scales.

Hej ☀️ Dzisiaj całkiem przypadkiem natrafiłam na fajną stronę internetową. Zapewne kojarzycie tuby z musli itp. Niezawsze są one rzeczywiście skomponowane w zasadach zdrowego odżywiania.
wychodzi temu na przeciw i pozwala samemu wymyślić swój własny ulubiony zestaw albo skorzystać z wcześniej przygotowanych :) kolejny ciekawy pomysł na urozmaicenie sobie życia. Bardzo lubię sprawdzać takie rzeczy, bo nie po to świat idzie do przodu, pokazując nowe pomysły, żeby ograniczać się do jedynie sprawdzonych rzeczy.
Zapemne pomyślicie, że po co przepłacać jak można iść do sklepu i zrobić to samo. Owszem, można, ale należy też zwrócić uwagę na osoby, które uczą się panować nad swoim zdrowiem, albo po prostu ( tak jak ja) ciekawi ich coś innego, albo najzwyczajniej w świecie nie chce im się wymyślać co z czym połączyć i gdzie te wszystkie produkty znaleźć na sklepowych półkach. Ludzie lubią wygodę, dlatego nie ma w tym nic złego, że skorzystamy z usług, które wychodzą na przeciw naszym oczekiwaniom :) Warto przetestować !

Vi è mai capitato di alzarvi prestissimo in vacanza perché vi state rigenerando e siete pieni di energie e voglia di fare?? Io in questi giorni mi sento proprio rinata e sprizzo voglia di fare da tutti i pori💃💃💃 sta mattina sveglia alle 6e30 per fare un po' di yoga nel silenzio e nel fresco mattutino. Sto rifacendo per l'ennesima volta la #30daysyogachallenge
che adoro e assolutamente vi consiglio!! Sia che siate esperti perché è veramente molto piacevole e lei carinissima, la adoro 💞🌺💞, sia che siate principianti perché una mezz'oretta al giorno è più che fattibile e vi approccia a questa splendida disciplina!! 🧘♀️🧘♀️ poi una bella colazione con fette integrali e oggi per cambiare dal solito miele, prosciutto cotto e fontina, un bicchiere del mio latte di soia, un americano e una mela (Che non ci stavano nella foto 🙈🤦♀️🤦♀️). Blackberry omellete/pizza. I'm away for the next few days so no tracking what I eat, it will be just a case of watching what I eat.
I've been doing this long enough now to know what portion sizes I should be eating and although it's often tempting for me to have that little extra because I'm not recording it I do try and stick to it. I'm also aware that I'll not be at the gym this week, so it will be quick hotel room workouts for me. I need to do something to help keep my daily calories expenditure around the same.
I want to stress though that I'm away on a course and not a holiday if that was the case I would be more relaxed about it all 😊
