Multiseed loaf (gluten and dairy free yet deliceous) with humus avocado, coriander and sumac...its one of my breakfast staples...it combines protein, healthy fats and just the right amount of complex carb from buckwheat flour that I used in the bread. A spinach salad w/ red onions, tomatoes, cilantro, basil, peas, corn, snow peas, turmeric • cinnamon • garlic • paprika • cayenne spiced ground turkey ** improved with some AWESOME toasted quinoa and brown rice w/ fresh lemon and herbs (from a recipe testing at lunch today)allllll tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette 😊🥦(ps have you seen this 🥦 emoji yet?!?) 🍽 🥗

While Abby napped I did a super quick meal prep 🙌🏼👌🏼 if I'm in a hurry (always 😒) I stick to the basics... Today for carbs I made white rice with a little butter and Chicken knorr to add a little flavor, lemon pepper brown rice, Alfredo rotini • For veggies I made steamed broccoli, sautéed spinach & mushrooms, and some really really yummy skillet roasted potatoes • For protein I just made chicken breasts two ways teriyaki & lemon pepper 😜 and some ham & eggs 🤗🤗🤗
