Would you BELIEVE ME if I said the girl on the right weighs MORE than the girl on the left?? Well Truth be told. The girl on the right DOES weigh more than the girl on the LEFT... about 5 pounds more.. but is a whole lot SMALLER, and is A LOT more HEALTHIER... with 3 littles now by my side.
Back then, I was the girl who went for the LOW FAT. 🤮FAT FREE. 🤮DIET FOODS. 🤮Frozen dinners. 🤮Salad for Dinner. 🍪 Cookies for dessert. I often went around the grocery store fixating on lowest calories possible. I did NOT exercise, nor did I pay attention to INGREDIENTS. I OBSESSED over the scale DAILY😢, basing MY WORTH on a NUMBER.
I was simply chasing a NUMBER!! At my lowest I was 119 pounds. I was also anemic, EXHAUSTED, weak, flabby, and really out of shape!
HOWEVER, when I became a 💗MOM💗….I cared MORE about HEALTH 🙏 then a NUMBER, as well as Factoring in my EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL and MENTAL well being👉👉 The total package.
Today I don’t count calories, or points. I rarely weigh myself, I pay attention to INGREDIENTS, watch my portions and exercise AT HOME for about 30 minutes a day. Really simple if you ask me, and it’s what I teach other women to do to.
ALL CALORIES are NOT CREATED EQUAL. All that low fat, fat free, diet stuff. TOSS IT it's actually way worse for you, and your success has NOTHING to do with how much you WEIGH! 119 pounds does NOT equal healthy... or STRONG when you’re eating 💩 shit, depriving yourself and are not active.
You can chase a NUMBER, but that does NOT mean you’re HEALTHY, nor does it mean you’re going to look YOUR BEST, if you’re not factoring in PROPER NUTRITION, quality INGREDIENTS or EXERCISE.
Believe me or don’t... Entirely your call, but if you’re needing help, and wanting to LEARN how to be HEALTHY, eat properly, and are not just looking to chase a number, or be "skinny", but more so be OVERALL HEALTHY, I’d LOVE to help you.
This isn’t a quick fix. Or a fad. Or a short term desperate attempt. It’s a lifestyle.
