Life has truly change for me! As a result being overweight it was a lot like any insecurity self devastating trait that I carried as a person. I physically carried around so many insecurities that made me dissatisfied with my body I felt discouraged and helpless in many occasions. Today I am close to my weight loss goals I would have to share that it wasn't easy and I probably stalled a few times but finally made it. •Corn on the Cob• I cannot tell you the amount of times corn has saved us. I prepare it by boiling for around 6-8 minutes and then covering in cold water to stop it overcooking. 🍒RED-VELVET PANCAKE🍒 Buongiorno 🌻 Stamattina la versione “Red Velvet” diventa Pancake anche se più che al Rosso Tende al ROSA 🦄. Infatti questa volta non ho aggiunto Cacao Amaro per vedere che colore avrebbe preso ed è bellissimo anche così 😍 Buonissimo è sotto inteso , al sapore di Vaniglia e Frutti Rossi. Per La base ho usato le solite dosi del mio piano : •200g albume (no montato) •50g Mix Farina (15 cocco-20Farro-15 Grano Saraceno) •Stevia •aroma di Vaniglia •colorante alimentare rosso in fiala •4g di agente lievitante naturale (ormai conoscete la mia combinazione) •1 cucchiaio di frutti rossi congelati Cotto in padella grande coperto da un lato per 10’ e altri 3 dall’altro.
