Preface: too much of any metal is detrimental. Drinking water twice to thrice daily from the vessel is enough to reap its benefits. Za mną dzisiaj ciężki dzień, ale nareszcie jest ukochany piąteczek😍. Hmmm...a dlaczego taki ciężki❓🤔 Dlatego, że miałam dzisiaj 2 kartkówki. Jedna z języka angielskiego🇬🇧 a druga z chemii⚗️. I najtrudniejsza rzecz czyli sprawdzisn z biologi z 16 tematów🙇🏼♀️. Nie jestem fanką tego przedmiotu dlatego tak strasznie się obawiałam tego przedmiotu. Mimo to myślę, że jednak ten dzień był udany. Mam nadzieję, że wszystkie zaliczenia poszły mi dość dobrze🤓(podkreślając „mam nadzieję”😂) .
Po takim ciężkim dniu należał mi się pyszny obiadek. Był to makaron orkiszowy w pysznym sosie (składałsię on z oliwy z oliwek, płatków drożdżowych nieaktywnych oraz czarnej soli). Do tego była jeszcze fasolka i soja. Porcja okazała się dość duża i bardzo sycąca przez co mój piesek też coś dostał🐶🙈.

Just finished a long walk with the fur babies, & dinner for all has been completed. Now it is just us on a quiet Wednesday evening relaxing. The hubster is out of town, so it will be a night of reading & studying my favorite subject, health & wellness with a side of tea & coffee. This may sound like a drag to most folks, but I love it. I call myself an A.D.D. Reader, meaning I will read many books and magazines, & research articles all within a two - three hour window of time. I have always been like this. To put something like this together you do need to be organized at the beginning of the week and have key ingredients on hand so you don’t have to ‘think’ and/or resort to having buy your lunch(that’s prob not going to be so healthy).
I’m going to share my grocery shop with you guys this weekend so you can get an idea of what staples I am buying each week, for less than $100!!

Gut health is so important!
When your gut isn't healthy it can have an impact on mental health, weight, mood and a number of other digestive disorders. Keeping your gut nice and healthy can help keep the rest of your body healthy!
Hence I consume foods that support my gut health on a daily basis. One of which is this gut nourishing bowl. I make my own kefir at home but you can buy kefir already made in most grocery stores now.
▶️ Sml handful ice cubes
▶️ 1/2 cup Coconut kefir
▶️ 1/2 cup raspberries
▶️ Serving Great Lakes Collagen
Top with toasted coco flakes!

and I feel pretty amazing (even though I’ve slipped up a few times🤷♀️)
This morning in yoga I saw a peak of abs, which is something I haven’t seen since stepping off stage. I’ve been tracking most of my steps, calories, workouts and even bowel movements (our direct communication from our gut). I’ve cut out foods that I know I am intolerant to and have even slipped up on my no drinking goal... 😬. With plenty left to work on it was still amazing to see some small changes, by most importantly feel a total shift in my energy. I haven’t “bonked” in the middle of the day like I have in the past, I feel full, and most importantly I feel a hell of a lot more aware.
“Recovering” from bodybuilding and all that competing exposed me to has been crazy. I have known throughout this period that what I do love about competing is the science. I love that you can change and manipulate the body using different fuel and training methods. This last week has given me a renewed sense of my inner nerd and I am so excited to continue learning and experiencing my body.
Currently I am anywhere between 1900-2300 calories/day, 10,000 steps a day and a 70% F, 20% P, and 10% C diet. Lifting heavy 2x per week and having #activerecovery
on all other days.
This next week’s goals are to actually cut out alcohol (#stripperlife
), get super specific on tracking, and do yoga everyday. I’m pretty stoked about my renewed sense of “why” when it comes to my own body and training. Sometimes you need rest and a reboot. Life gets crazy and you redefine EVERYTHING you used to be and stand for, and that’s okay, but stopping is the only way to truly fail. So excited to bring this type of stuff back to my page. Ja mój poranek zaczełam bardzo przyjemnie. Obejrzałam odcinek serialu, zjadłam pyszne śniadanko zrobione przez mojego tatę👨🏻. Takie cuda to tylko on umie zrobić, ja się wciąż uczę😅. A więc były to dwie kanapki. 1️⃣ z nich była z awokado🥑 oraz taką dość znaną australijką pastą vegemite. Ludzie go albo kochają❤️ albo nienawidzą❌, ja należe do grupy pierwszej. Jednak trzeba uważać z ilością gdyż jego smak jest bardzo słony i dominujący. 2️⃣ kanapka była natomiast z tofu wędzonym i pomidorem🍅oraz szczypiorkiem. Posmarowana była masłem z nerkowców mojego taty, na który dam wam przepis. Uwierzcie takie masełko warte wypróbowania😍. Aby nie było mało do tego było smoothie posypane wegańskim cruchy oraz malinami. Pycha❣️

Obstacles are in our way to show us our strengths and what we can do. So if I push through them I know that I will do better, I will get stronger. I will find away. The one thing I won’t get, is defeated.
This week has been challenging for me to keep on track in my business and personal life. I have faced some obstacles. Some mornings all I wanted to do was sleep in. Some evenings all I wanted to do was drink wine and watch Netflix. .
I did neither.
Successful people do the things that most don’t want to or aren’t willing to do.
I checked in with my goals, I got out of bed, I chugged water, I ate healthy, I worked out. I did this, because I know that in doing so, I will have more energy, be more productive, and overall have free up more time in my day because of that boost of productivity.
Today I challenge you to push past those obstacles and excuses that are getting in your way. What change will you make today to improve upon yourself?

Experimented with pulling together a healthy cauli bake and it was ah-maze (if I do say so myself 🙊🙊🙊) To make completely dairy free, swap butter for ghee!
Here’s the recipe:
✔️ whole cauliflower
✔️ 2 TBS grass fed butter ✔️ 1 TBS coco flour
✔️ 1/4 to 1/2 cup coco milk
✔️ 1/4 to 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
✔️ salt & pepper
Optional add ins
〰 Garlic olive oil (add to cheese sauce)
〰 Chopped Dill
〰 Almond meal / dukkah - combine and sprinkle on top for extra texture
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces and steam slightly...about 10 mins.
2. Remove from pot and place into baking dish.
3. To make sauce, melt butter in pan. Once melted add coconut flour and quickly stir till it forms a paste.
4. Slowly add in coconut milk and keep stirring quickly to so that sauce is nice and smooth.
5. Add nutritional yeast and stir till completely mixed in.
6. Add more coco milk if sauce is too thick and/or add more nutritional yeast if not thick enough.
7. Pour over steamed cauli. Sprinkle with combined almond meal/dukkah mix (optional). 8. Pop into the oven @ 150 degrees for about 20-30 mins and/or till nice and brown/crispy on top!
9. Top with chopped dill (optional) and serve!! Yummmmy!! Your welcome xx

Dzisiaj na obiadek zjadłam dość inny makaron, który był w 100% z grochu. Ja kupiłam go w Lidlu. Do tego, aby nie było za mało warzyw😂 dodałam mieszanke warzyw na patelnie. Nie byłabym sobą gdybym nie eksperymentowałam dlatego poddusiłam jeszcze szpinak oraz dodałam dwie spore łyżki sosu warzywnego. Moje danie posypałam nieaktywnymi płatkami drożdżowymi oraz łuskanymi nasionami konopi. .
