Que divertido es preparar los bowls!! Hoy me he decantado por una base de FRUTA DEL DRAGÓN 🐉 (PITHAYA). La compro en bolsitas congeladas y como casi siempre hoy también la he batido con un plátano 🍌 para que adquiera una textura un poco más consistente. Y luego... a jugar!! Me he animado a hacer una flor de kiwi, que para ser la primera ha quedado pasable 🤣, pero lo importante es que de esta manera comes un montón de fruta (hoy he añadido 🥝, paraguayo, 🍍,frambuesas, grosellas, pasas y papaya deshidratada), y cómo no, el muesli de #enerzona y la chia de #naturgreen . ÑAM! 😋😋😋.

Detox and shift a few lbs ive accumulated with my lack of consistency this month and 1 or 2 more naughty times than i should have........🙈 Starting off with chocolate complete shake for breakfast and nuts fir snacks kn my car(i work in a nut free building.... )... Apart from meeee as im nuttier than a fruit cake?!? Want to get healthier and lose a few lbs... Get involved...
