These bad boys consist of
🍌 2 mashed bananas
🍌4 tablespoons of self-raising flour 🤩
These three simple ingredients made me 5 pancakes!
I used a little bit of spray oil for the pan and each pancake was 2 tablespoons worth. 👌

Fish Fillet with Broccoli and Asparagus
Tender stem broccoli spears
Red chilli flacks
Grated fresh ginger
Garlic clove, minced
Himalayan salt and
Freshly ground pepper to season *Preheat the oven to 200C. Wipe your sheet pan with a little sesame oil. *Put sesame oil, fish sauce, lime juice, chilli, ginger and garlic in a small bowl and mix together thoroughly. (Marinade)
*Cut the ends of the broccoli spear and cut lengthwise if they are big. Arrange around the fish on the tray along with asparagus.
*Season with salt and pepper and then pour the marinade over the fish and veggies.Cook for 13-15 minutes
*Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, finely diced spring onion and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
*Serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
Use white fish its fat free and carbs free, and broccoli helps in flushing out the caffeine asap (which u had in pre workout) Otherwise caffeine stay 5 to 6 hours into the system and u might face sleeping disorders. You can also add half a spoon of BBQ sauce but lemon is the best option.. This meal is one of the most nutrient meal. Eat good to look good ... As simple as that. Keep in mind nutrition is everything.

Went succulent shopping today and I wanted to grab agave or yucca. I have been told agave is rich in vitamins B,C, D and K and Yucca seems to do it all! I have never been a fan of cactus, but the plant guy shared with me how cactus had surprising health benefits. I struggle with inflammation and he told me how grilling cactus pads can help; it sounds like an interesting meal to cook. About last night: Pizza.....Pizza! So many people think that they’ll have to give up their favorite foods when they switch to a vegan diet and that it’s super hard to eat out. Nothing could be further from the truth. There are plant based alternatives for almost everything, and 99% of the time you can’t even taste the difference! Plus, most restaurants have at least something that can be tweaked to be made vegan; honestly it’s never really been a problem for me to find meals at restaurants. What you’re looking at is a veggie pizza without the cheese. The place we went to has vegan friendly sauce and pizza dough so it was a no brainer! Fresh cut veggies loaded on top of house made marinara (it’s so good; only a few ingredients and no processed shit) and the dough is super thin so it’s barely a cheat meal. What’s the one food you are glad there is a vegan alternative for?
