After a beautifully relaxing holiday I had a lot of time to reflect and think about my fitness goals for the year. This time last year I was focused on losing the weight I gained while on holiday. Once I lost it, my goal was to learn to maintain the weight loss while still enjoying life and not stressing about eating too well or excessive exercising. To be able to eat intuitively and not be consumed by calories, Tupperware containers or numbers on the scale.
While in Bali, we ate everything we wanted (still fasting most mornings), we drank cocktails almost every day and we only trained 3 times out of the 11 days. Coming back home and finding that I managed to maintain my weight AND enjoy the holiday to the fullest was a pretty amazing feeling and truly makes me super proud of how far I have come with learning to intuitively eat. .
Thinking about my fitness goals for the year, I was stuck, I had no idea what I wanted to achieve. I am really enjoying my workouts, enjoying life and loving my body as it is right now, there isn’t anything at this stage I want to change or work on - and that is completely okay! .
I have concluded that my goals for this year are centered around educating, inspiring and motivating all of YOU amazing people. I want to continue to share the skills I have learned around meal prep, healthy recipes, staying on track while on holiday, gym workouts, YouTube videos and more. .
So what are your goals and how can I help you achieve them? Comment what you’d like to see more of from me and I will make it my mission to help as many of you as I can! Xx 💕 #goalsetting #helpmehelpyou #whatareyourgoals #settinggoals
