DAY 5 of my smoothie/raw challenge!
Oh how it has been a crazy journey so far.
Once you remove bad foods and change up the routine, that’s when you really realize how addicted you are to foods that aren’t good for you.
I literally get cravings of all the BAD stuff I use to eat. Even AFTER drinking a large fulfilling smoothie. And let me add that the cravings are amplified. Like I want it and I want it NOW🤬
I have realized that there is difference between craving and hunger. In this challenge, I am learning to ignore the cravings, as they are just old habits crying out to me and that I am not really hungry.
Lesson Learned: know the difference between real hunger and bad habit cravings.
