New training videos coming this week with my new split who’s ready to start prepping for summer?
This gymshark set makes me feel so happy and so feminine ☺️💪🏼. One of my key motivations is what I’m wearing. If it’s comfy, breathable and looks good I’m all in! Works been busy so staying motivated has been difficult recently. Hoping to hit legs tonight and go heavy 💪🏼 let’s get it guys! 🙏

After a very busy past two weeks of moving out I am finally done and ready to get back into my routine.
Everything has completely gone out the window recently but I am fine with that as it was SO worth it to be all moved in and settled. ✨Taking time off and forgetting about everything when you need too is completely fine and there is no reason to get stressed or down about it, happiness is far more important ✨
It's now time to get back to it and really push for my goals.
I'm going to make new goals every week to achieve, nothing big as it's just my weekly goals, my long term goals will be the same until I reach them but I think doing this weekly will really motivate me to push myself every single day to achieve them and I can't wait to share them all with you😊

It’s easy to loose motivation for eating healthy, or going to the gym to workout. Sometimes life just gets in the way and that’s okay! -
I do go to the gym a lot, I have a personality where I’m an all or nothing kinda gal! So I know myself if I don’t gym for a while it’s a struggle for me to get back into it. Same with ‘healthy’ eating, it’s SUPER easy to eat chocolate and pizza all day everyday. But you’ll feel so crap and lack so much energy, I’m not saying don’t have pizza because pizza is life! 💁🏼♀️ but have balance in what you do! -

Today’s push workout included a lot of supersets wich gave me a sick pump👊🏼
Short video of some tricep extensions, pausing at the bottom to hit that squeeze💪🏻 always controlling the movement including the negative, as well as utilizing only the triceps. Focus on keeping the elbows in and fixed for the best isolation. I’ll get into other variations of lifts like this in later posts👍🏻👍🏻

Week 16....Month 4... already here. I started going to the gym again right before Thanksgiving. I had gained a lot of weight the past year (about 30lbs) and lost my drive to workout. I’m proud to say I’ve been going 4-5 times a week since i started again. So the point I’m basically trying to bring is that it may seem daunting to start going again or even continuing to go sometimes. BUT REALIZE HOW FAST TIME GOES BY!! How everything adds up, and how close you can be to your goals if you just pushed a little harder. Keep your heads up! Keep grinding 💪
