In life we all make mistakes, it’s avoiding and defending those mistakes that set us apart. It’s recognizing where we went wrong and focusing on how to overcome and grow from them. It’s always knowing that there’s room for improvement in ourselves and admitting our faults to ourselves and others.
People will never remember everything you said or did. But they will remember how you made them feel.
••So love hard, apologize and forgive often, and make more time for happiness and new memories. 💗

I’ve spent my entire life as “Fat Chelsa” she’s gone. I’ve worked my ass off, im down to 14% body fat these days... never in my life have I been at this. I’m happy, I’m healthy, and loving the life I’ve built. Sure i catch a little hell for not going out because I’d rather be at the gym. Sorry, I’m literally not sorry. Not even the slightest. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m finally living life to the fullest! And i refuse to apologize. -yes I am still ridiculously hesitant to walk around in public (or at a bbq like I was in these pictures) and not be shy or self conscious.

Not a massive amount of change but I just wanted to point out that I weigh EXACTLY the same in both these pictures. However I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist and have INCREASED my food intake significantly. .
Please try not to get caught up in how much you weigh and don’t restrict the amount you eat. Around this time of year all I see and hear is the words “diet”, “calorie decrease” and “summer shred”. Fuel your body correctly, workout when you feel your body wants too and take time to relax/rest, if you take more consideration over these things your body and mind will thank you.
Start feeling proud of who you are when you look into that mirror. I can help get you your confidence back. What are you waiting for??? @azariamullen@vapor_rage

Today started with a shoulder focused lift, then an ab circuit, and lastly a killer HIIT cycle to finish my workout. I’m excited about the progress I’m making everyday, and seeing small progress inspires me to work even harder to achieve my goals. Also, always SO sweaty after a spin workout😅💪🏼 #bettereveryday#cycle#gymselfie
