Monday Stretchday. I was never one to do much stretching when I was younger but with age as well as starting calisthenics training not too long ago, i see and feel the importance and benefits of it.
Doing the hollow back pose to lengthen the spine, strengthen the arms, core muscles and opening up of the shoulders. Feels goooood 😀
