A little pre-bedtime selfie. The added carbs in my diet are having an awesome effect. Love the added energy I have during the day. There are the usual ups and down, but overall I feel stronger than I have in a long time. Crushing all of my lifting sessions. Also loving the added muscle fullness. Yes, I am flexed in this pic. But previously, the same pose would not look as full. That’s thanks to the carbs!

Some bench from last workout. 120 kg 6 reps 5 sets with stop. Little tip : try to implement bench with stop to get your bench stronger and better. And I can promise you that you can’t move the same amount of weight if you’re have a stop at the bottom. Try it 👍🏻 have a awesome day everyone ⚔️🛡

- I feel like this semester at uni is not going amazingly well, I have one lesson everyday and there’s just no routine at all ❌❌and I love having a routine. I like to be able to set myself up for the day and know what I’m going to be doing! At uni I can’t do that I just have one lesson slapped In The middle off the day and nothing the rest of the day 😩😩 anyone else feel me here⁉️ -
Today I trained abs and did some hiit cardio, I’m going to be introducing abs X2 in a week! It’s my hardest part to train and change for me so I’m really gunna try and change that 💪🏼💪🏼 My hiit workout consisted of (30 sec each excercise and repeat 4x) : - burpees
- Squat jumps - Jumping lunges - Push ups - Squats into shoulder press - High knees
