“Sometimes small changes make big differences”
Lately one of my goals has been trying to get my body to be efficient as possible. If you think about it the more efficient it is the better it will perform. So I have been experimenting with ways to improve my digestion. The better I digest the more nutrition I get from the food the better my body performs. I started removing any foods that cause inflammation or allergens. Naturally what I noticed is no allergies, better energy and clearer head, but sometimes unexpected things happen and I started noticing my abs getting more definition even though I’m actually increasing my carb and or caloric intake. I wasn’t expecting to get leaner as I increased.
So at the end of the day its important to understand that inflammation, digestion, nutrition all play a vital role in how your body looks, feels and performs. The cleaner the diet, the easier it will be, the shittier the diet well you know the rest.

This weeks progress. 2 weeks out from the fitness shoot.
I reached my goal of getting my deadlift back up to 240kg x 6 but I was feeling strong and got greedy, decided to try 260kg x4. Too much of a jump, too quickly. Got it up for one but as I locked out, sharp pain in my back. Spend a couple of days laid up in bed as a result. Back in the gym today though, not feeling 100% so trained chest with mainly machines and cables for today. I did have a great shoot this week though, editorial fashion which isn’t something I get to do often. Some of the shots I’ve already uploaded on here, check them out!
