A plate of grilled goodness for dinner tonight. Grilled tuna steak seasoned with olive oil, garlic powder, LOTS of crushed black pepper and a little sea salt. I added a thick drizzle of a green Peruvian sauce made with fresh herbs, cumin and jalapeño which I got from a new local restaurant @sanguchonfactory
that just opened up in my area. I also made some grilled 🌶 mini peppers, mushrooms and 🌽 corn sprayed with coconut oil and seasoned with sea salt to go along. And there is something about 🐟 tuna and 🥑 avocado that taste so darn good so I couldn’t forget that. It was a delicious nourishing meal. Hope you have a great night.
