No matter how much I enjoy doing some creative work, I just can't get myself to do it unless it's clearly heading somewhere; I need it to aim for something larger. It's not always a good thing, but I've learned to live with it. Everyone has a brand. It’s the thing people feel when they think of your (lemonade stand, meme page, or dad-band). Brand aesthetic serves to contribute to the conversation of what people are feeling when you pop into their head and hopefully make them feel (cool, smart, compelled, pretty).
