Circuit training is going to be the most EFFICIENT way to train if you are short in time and still want to get a good workout in. Try this circuit out. 👇🏼👇🏼 -
1️⃣ Take a plate with your grip on the outside and perform 15 bicep curls. Keep constant tension in your biceps for the best pump.
2️⃣ With the same plate, take your grip inside the plate and perform a tricep, overhead extension for 15-20 reps.
3️⃣ I added a set of weighted captains chair, hanging abs for 15-20. You can add in any ab movement here that you like as well. 🙌🏼 -
• Perform 4-5 rounds for a quick and effective workout.

Monday. Ugh. I hit the snooze for like 30 minutes! Lay there thinking about how I should really get up and get my workout done before work. Then I gave my head a shake and thought, it’s 30 minutes Regan! 30 minutes! And when it’s done, you’ll be so ready to take on Monday! Not to mention the rest of the week. Now here I am, lying on my yoga mat after a 30 minute glute-busting, leg-toning, lower body burn! And do you think I regret it? I won’t even answer that. It’s Monday and I say BRING IT!!

Leg session of death went down earlier as I had just 1 hour to smash the gym 🔥. And I did it 😍 ! I have incorporated only supersets and at the end I did a quick full body HIIT 💦 ! Even if it was quick workout I really felt the tension in my glutes and my legs were like a jelly after 😭.
I never used to wear shorts--for several reasons:
1) Because since 2002, I’ve had a gigantic scar on my left inner thigh from skin cancer, along with many others from years of biopsies.
2) Because my legs are usually pale from avoiding the sun and preventing more cancer. Also, because I have freckles, moles and stretch marks on my hips for good measure. 😂 My spray tan lady has her work cut out for her.
3) My legs are short and muscley. Most of the time, my upper inner thighs would rub together and get chafed or my shorts would creep up and I’d be constantly tugging them down. I know you girls feel me here. 😆
Guess what? What I’ve learned in life is this: IT DOESN’T MATTER!! We all have things we don’t like about ourselves. Some things we can change, and others we can’t. You can’t spend energy stressing on the crap you can’t change. You will be miserable if you’re always focusing on the negatives.
I’ve learned to embrace my scars and whiteness and quadzilla legs! This is me--take it or leave it! Love yo’ self!! ❤️❤️ Happy Monday. 😊😊😊😊😘
