How to cook 👩🍳:
👩🍳 Rebus spaghetti hingga matang, angkat tiriskan.
👩🍳 Tumis baput dan bawang bombay dgn ELOO, masukkan wortel parut dan ayam, aduk, tambahkan sedikit air. Setelah harum dan berubah warna, masukkan spaghetti.
👩🍳 Penyajian : haluskan spaghetti sesuai tekstur umur bayi. In frame itu spaghetti yg blm dihaluskan.
Alya ngga terlalu lahap sm menu ini, efek mah bapil mungkin. Next dicobain lg menu spaghetti nya dgn bumubu yg beda.

15 days into a gluten, dairy and nightshade free elimination diet, and I found some yummy treats yesterday. A coworker suggested some crackers at Aldi, unfortunately I couldn’t get them since they contain milk, but they had these cookies and bars that fit all my criteria. I was leery of them at first, but they were surprisingly good. Today, I got some crackers that @potsiespoons

Kale Spinach Paleo Donuts!💕 This is one of my favorite recipes to make. Check out my calendar insta story for the step-by-step, and see below for my exact recipe!🎉 Recipe:
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
Sift all above flours into a bowl
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
Mix all dry ingredients, set aside
In a blender add:
1 packed cup of spinach
1 packed cup of kale
1/2 cup of flax milk
1/4 cup honey
Blend low to high
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Blend again, low to high
Add by pulsing:
1 tsp vanilla extract
Gently mix wet ingredients to dry (optional: add 1/4 mini @enjoylifefoods
Let sit for 5 minutes
Gently mix again, then fill lightly greased donut pan (I used coconut oil spray to grease my donut pans)
Bake for 12 minutes
Cool in pans for 3 minutes
Finish cooling for 15 minutes on rack
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix drizzle ingredients together until smooth. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate on donuts, then set in the fridge on a lined cookie sheet for 30 minutes.

juicer, transfered it to my cup, then poured steamed coconut milk overtop! 3 ingredients, that’s it. So quick, it actually took me longer to clean my juicer after than to make this lol 🤨

Protein filled dairy-free tomato cream sauce with zucchini noodles & salmon 😋 I don’t know how this all pulled together but it was UM-azing!
try it: sautée half an onion in coconut oil with a bunch of minced garlic. Cook until translucent. Add chopped kale (I used about 5 leaves worth) until wilted. Add about 1 cup marinara sauce, 1 container @kitehillfoods
plain Greek-style yogurt, zucchini noodles (used 4), oregano, red pepper flakes, basil, s&p. Cook roughly 10 minutes. Bake salmon @400
for about 12 minutes. Top noodles with nutritional yeast, extra red pepper flakes & salmon. Add fresh basil. BAM. This made enough for about 2-3 servings 🙌🏼
