Happy Monday evening, friends. I hope you’ve all had a lovely start to your week. My day’s been extremely hectic at work, so now I thought I’d wind down and share with you all my first impression of this Peter Thomas Roth mask: 🖤 It was extremely intimidating putting this guy on! It’s just such a deep black and seemed like it would stain something 😭 but it did not 😌
🖤 It has an extremely smooth texture - it’s very pleasant to apply to the face!
🖤 My #1
favorite part about this mask is how it feels on the face - there is *no* tightness or drying or anything like that. I kept the mask on for a good hour and a half, and could’ve gone longer! No tingling, no uncomfort. It feels like it’s not even there!
🖤 Washing it off *is* an effort - but, since the mask didn’t dry like a clay one would, it was way less uncomfortable than washing off a clay mask is - and by that I mean not uncomfortable at all!
🖤 I was left with smooth skin that did not feel tight in the least, as, again, many other clay masks would do to my face. My skin felt nourished and deep cleaned at the same time.
🖤 My primary reason for using this guy today was this big ol’ nasty pimple that’s been hanging out on my face - while this mask didn’t make it go away (I mean, duh, what mask would do that immediately), I promise, it looked way less angry. This is a good one right here, you guys!
