YALLLLL i hate to say this because i just feel like i’m wishing my days away and not being appreciative of every single one but literally since monday i couldn’t wait for this week to be ovaaaaaaaa 😩
so many papers due, powerpoints to complete, presentations to do in literaaaallly the last like 5 days of classes before graduation. school doesn’t rly stress me out that much but man oh man i was feelin’ that this week!

Step 1: find a nice dressy shirt that also shows off your arms so they know not to mess with you 🤣😉💪🏼
Step 2: wear a sports bra underneath
Step 3: find a pair of gym leggings that can pass for dressier clothing
Step 4: put on a pair of heels and put your gym shoes in your bag.
Step 5: attend meeting then head straight to the gym 💪🏼

Looking like a dang 🍅 post run this morning!🤣😅 it’s crazy what new results and energy can do for you, your confidence, and to your personality! Along with who you are becoming in the process. Sure, I catch myself speaking negative self-talk. BUT, it’s a choice and commitment I made with myself to Be. I’ve intentionally trained myself to think differently. I don’t even attract negative people into my existence anymore.🤷🏽♀️ And if I’m around negative people I swear it’s like nails on a dang chalk board!😖🙆🏽♀️ I zone out and speak affirmations in my head over and over and over and over to keep my subconscious nourished with love. But if I come across negative energy or people, I am very aware the Universe was giving me pop quizzes to check and see if I am doing my daily homework (personal development).🧐🤔 Pay attention to the patterns in your life, because your growth lies within & the lesson(s) haven’t been learned yet. Love yourself through the different seasons of your life and surround yourself with people who are in the work themselves and will always build you up if you’re down! Xx

______________________ 🔻 Seated cable rows- 5 x 8-12 reps 🔻 Lat pull downs 5 x 8-12 reps 🔻 Close grip pull downs 5 x 8-12 reps. 🔻 Pull ups (assisted if needed) go really slow on the negative- 5 x 8-12 reps.
Keep the movements slow and controlled at all times and use mind to muscle connection to really feel the muscle working.
