Front squats: Love | Back squats: Loathe Trouble with being a powerlifter is I have to do back squats whilst my one true squat love falls by the sidelines untrained and I test it yearly for shits and giggles. Front Squat @60kg (+10kgPB) Back Squat @80kg (Nearly Equal PB) . I’ve intentionally trained myself to think differently. I don’t even attract negative people into my existence anymore.πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ And if I’m around negative people I swear it’s like nails on a dang chalk board!πŸ˜–πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈ I zone out and speak affirmations in my head over and over and over and over to keep my subconscious nourished with love. But if I come across negative energy or people, I am very aware the Universe was giving me pop quizzes to check and see if I am doing my daily homework (personal development).πŸ§πŸ€” Pay attention to the patterns in your life, because your growth lies within & the lesson(s) haven’t been learned yet.
