Day 1 after surgery. I was finally able to have some ice chips. They will be bringing me in some life water to see if I’m able to handle that, working my way up to protein shakes. Ok schedule to be discharged tomorrow!

Weigh in day....+1.2 pounds. 🤦🏽♀️😩 I know that it’s not much but STILL it’s a plus!!! I sort of knew this was coming. I hadn’t been exercising as much due to ankle and knee pain and my eating wasn’t at its best. I guess those 2 slices of pizza and those Girl Scout cookies weren’t the best choices huh? ..........

I did not want to get up this morning, but I forced myself and feel great that I did. I like to analyze what I ate the day before that made me lack my typical morning energy.
This is what I discovered. I believe I am on week 3 of IF. I love it! I notice that most the time I eat less, because I get full easy. That being said I love natural peanut butter. Last night for dinner I had chili and veggies, and peanut butter. Not just one serving in the amount the jar states is a serving, but a Terri size serving. The two are not the same by far. There is a reason I spend extra money to buy the to go servings.
Well the peanut butter has been heavy in my gut all night long and still there this morning. I pushed play and ignored my tummy but oh my I am miserable, but my workout was good!

It's obstacle course time!!! Build one yourself as I know you all are creative! Use chairs, couches, step stools, floor, trampoline, treadmill, built in bay window seats, anything and everyfing can be used. Water bottles, cans, milk jugs can all be used as somefing to hop, jump, run around, and use as a racing tool. Use dat imagination! DO your obstacle course EIGHT times! 1st time walk it so you know what you need to do, 2nd time jog it, 3rd time run it, 4th time race it, 5th time challenge yourself wif it, and 6th, 7th, & 8th time - outrun the time you had on the 5th go! Get faster each run!! Then you can stop and DO your trampoline exercises for 30 minutes. Early morning meal prep for tonight's dinner: 0 sp spring vegetable soup! I'm trying out simply filling so this delicious soup, even with brown rice noodles, takes away exactly zero points from my weeklies! Love it.

❤️ Hi everyone my chocolate 🍫 dessert with peanut 🥜 and raisins 😋😋😋 100 g cooked chickpeas, 40 g olive oil, 60 g nuts, 60 g raisins, 2 spoon cacao, 1 t.s. cinnamon, 2 spoons hot chocolate powder ( I have diet protein mix) , orange 🍊 skin and sweetener, salt.
