How many people do you think spent part of yesterday with a sweet tea 🥤in their hand?? How about a Frappuccino? Or some other type of sugary drink.....?????? 🤔🤔🤔 We all have I’m sure, I know I’m guilty of it too! 😆😆😆😆 But, DID YOU KNOW? 🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭 For every molecule of sugar you consume, it takes 54 molecules of magnesium to process it. 😮 (No wonder Americans in particular are staggeringly magnesium deficient! We counteract the little magnesium we DO eat with all that extra sugar!) ✅FACT✅ Magnesium deficiency is linked to: 👉 glucose level issues 👉 metabolism issues 😣 blood pressure issues 😣 artery issues
👉 joint issues
👉 aching head 😣 breathing problems 😣 colon issues
🌿Magnesium helps you poop
🌱Magnesium helps you relax
🌿Magnesium as magnesium hydroxide oxygenates the blood and the body's cells!
🌱Helps sweep away toxins and pathogens; pairs well with ProBio5 to "sweep out the bad" and make room for the good.
🌿Helps process the overindulgence of sugar that everyday life brings.
You know what I LOVE about this particular magnesium supplement? It oxygenates the intestines and oxygen kills bad bacteria and fungus! It balances the PH of the gut and disease can’t thrive in an alkaline environment ❤️

Pull up variations .
✔Side to side pull up
I dont recommend doing pull ups all the time because the lats are naturally overactive muscles
If you have shoulder problems doing pull ups can make it worse.
The lats can anteriorly rotate the scapula forward which can negatively affect your posture
Doing the exercises in my previous video will make sure your spine is in proper allignment for pull ups

I’ve worked so incredibly hard the past 4 years to become healthier. In this process it’s been super cool to see how my body has changed and how I’ve learned to respect my body enough to know I need to take care of it, to fuel it properly.
I used to struggle intensely with anxiety, body issues, and lack of confidence in so many areas. I didn’t believe in myself and never knew how much I was hurting myself by eating with emotions and not for nutrition and sustainability. I never knew how much I was hurting myself when I’d say “I can’t do ______.” For so many years, I was limited. I was bound to this idea that I was stuck.
My friends, we are not stuck. If you want to be healthy, you can do it. It’s a decision you have to make each and every day. It’s not easy. It’s also not impossible. One day at a time! It’s so important to remember that we get one body and we must take care of it! •••
When I was 30 lbs heavier no one made comments about how I looked, about my weight, or made me feel bad. And no one should have; however, I was NOT healthy. Something strange has happened as I’ve gotten healthier. It’s becoming increasingly more common for me to hear comments about my muscles and how I need to make sure I don’t get “too muscular” and other negative comments alike.
As women, we should never shame someone for being too muscular, too skinny, too big, too this or that. We should focus on ourselves and evaluate if we are living a healthy lifestyle. Rather than comment on how we “shouldn’t” look or how we need to stop building muscle because it’s ugly, gross, unattractive... We should encourage one another to be H E A L T H Y. Spiritually. Mentally. Emotionally. Physically.
Being healthy is not a one size fits all option. My healthy may look different from your healthy..and that’s OK!
I like big muscles and I cannot lie.

: "Today my twins are three. I remember the day they were born like it was yesterday. I was so thankful when my wonderful doctor told me we were ready to meet our girls and scheduled my cesarean. The morning they came into the world I couldn’t have been any more miserable. Even the short walk up to the hospital doors had me in tears. I cried every night because I was in so much pain. My body could not sustain itself for another day. When Peyton and Piper were born they weighed 6.5lbs each and were absolutely perfect. I was completely amazed that my body, even with the years of abuse I heaped on it, carried two sweet little babies for 38 weeks. My tummy will never be flat and my stretch marks will always shimmer... but I will forever wear them proudly to remind myself of everything my body is capable of." _____________________

Do you have IBS❓❓❓
Health Canada has approved Plexus product to help with IBS ..... 😱I know eh!!! Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both. IBS is a chronic condition that you'll need to manage long term.
Only a small number of people with IBS have severe signs and symptoms. Some people can control their symptoms by managing diet, lifestyle and stress. More-severe symptoms can be treated with medication and counseling.
The signs and symptoms of IBS vary. The most common include: 💩Abdominal pain, cramping or bloating that is typically relieved or partially relieved by passing a bowel movement
💩Diarrhea or constipation — sometimes alternating bouts of diarrhea and constipation
💩Mucus in the stool
Most people with IBS experience times when the signs and symptoms are worse and times when they improve or even disappear completely.
Plexus can help! Ask me how!
