Throwback Thursday Mr Olympia Las Vegas thanx to our friend Tracie Marquez.
So im back to training after a few days rest from the meet and i can tell you one thing, my body needed that rest.
Have managed to fit in 2 sessions today, shoulders and arms this morning with bench this arvo, its good to be back.
Have changed a few this around so i can come back stronger next time, so here is a little bit about how i will train for a couple of months: - Benching with the bent bar only - Deadlifting conventional mostly (sumo only for technique work) - Trying to use hook grip as i am able to get in a better starting position i feel - Actually squatting 😂😂😂 - A lot more hypertrophy work and cardio. I dont want to walk around much higher than 100kg so when i compete in a sanctioned meet i only have to do a small cut.... Plus im fat - Diet will hopefully improve, i just have to avoid driving past kfc for the rest of my life. - Supplementation will stay pretty much the same, fueled by @supplementwarfare @supplementwarfarenorwood

Y’all have no idea how scared I was hitting 225 again 😂😨 I’m really happy I still have my strength, however my form clearly needs improvement. Just gotta always keep in pushing! Here’s the rest of what I did today:

If you ever have a chance to use a hoist machine I would highly recommend it! This is a hoist bicep machine and I love how the machine moves with the body’s range of motion. I got a good pump from this and who doesn’t like a good bicep pump am I right 🤷🏻♂️ Let me know if any of you also love these hoist machines or is it just me 🤔
