and love @beachbody
workouts. I’ve been certified in both Insanity and Cize, and have finished so many of the Beachbody programs. I have always been impresssd by the physical transformations, but also love what they do for my mood and energy level. When my older son said he wanted me to train him over the summer, I decided to start with #t25
because it packs so much into 25 minutes and it’s fun. We started on Monday and have cracked up laughing during every single workout, even today when we did two! His endurance has increased in just five days and I’m so impressed with his commitment. He’s eating better and is really dedicated and pushing hard during our workouts.
