Certo che sí! Chi mi conosce e chi mi segue sa che adoro cucinare, mangiare, cibo cibo cibo 😍
Mangiare per me non significa per forza sgarrare, o strafogarmi, anzi, intingoli e fritti non fanno per me. Io adoro la cucina mediterranea, le insalate, gli spaghetti, amo gli ingredienti veri e sani 🌱
Stasera come antipasto ho scelto insalata con dressing al limone, avocado, cetrioli e polpa di granchio 🦀, poi salmone in crosta di mandorle 🐟
Per il resto cerco sempre di bere i miei 2L di acqua 💧 al giorno, di mangiare tanta frutta (che qua è succosissima!) e di avere la mia bella porzione di ‘greens’ a ogni pasto ☺️

Have you heard about IGTV? It’s like YouTube but for Instagram. Long-form vertical videos. Like super-long stories. So is it going to take down YouTube? I doubt it–at least not until they start paying creators somehow. Creators need to be able to make a living off the content they make.
Summa tiiiimmmmmeeee and the weather is not easy. The weather is quite literally awful and it’s grossly hot outside ☀️. At night I’ve been having hot dinners and really haven’t been finishing them bc no central air and ya girl doesn’t wanna get heat exhaustion 😷😷. I mixed up this post din smoothie with @primalkitchenfoods

Feast: Impressionist Café is being put on by @wag_ca
during their Impressionist exhibit this summer which features more than 60 pieces from the Brooklyn Museum, along with a selection of work from the WAG collection.
You will be treated to a decadent 3 course French dinner (featured here!) followed by an exciting and informative tour of the exhibit!
Tickets are $70 ($60 for WAG members) and the event runs on June 28th, July 12th, and August 9th with dinner starting at 6pm.

! My carnivore diet experiment is still going because I’m feeling great right now! I stuck to animal products and water the first week (and some ACV in the mornings to help with HCL), and this week I’m being more liberal with my liquids (tea, mushroom elixirs, etc) and also will add in some spices soon. Haven’t decided how long I’ll do it for... probably just until something comes up that involves vegetables! I’m recording a podcast about it and also will be writing a blog post - let me know if there are any questions you’d like me to answer! .

I got it from my eda-mame (get it?) I crack myself up 🤪.
Soy products like edamame have gotten a bad rep in the past, mostly because the “isoflavones” in soy can bind to some of the same receptors as the hormone estrogen. Because of this, people have believed soy can cause or worsen breast cancer and decrease testosterone levels in men. However, the research does not support these claims! In fact, minimally processed soy may even help prevent prostate and breast cancer, and several studies have shown that testosterone levels are not affected by dietary intake of soy.
Less processed sources of soy like edamame, tofu, miso, tempeh, and soy milk have a good amount of protein, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium- making soy a great alternative to meat and dairy, and a great addition to your meals to get extra protein and minerals, and even a little fiber! .
BUT- Soy oil and soy isolate “meats” (think about those tofu hot dogs) are often high in omega-6 fats which can be pro-inflammatory. .
So overall- Minimally processed soy in moderation appears to be safe to eat and now you have one less excuse to not eat tofu 👍🏽
