🎉Non-scale victory🎉So yesterday I set out to buy some new underwear which always fills me with dread as I used to get so so stressed out shopping for this sort of thing as I would always come home feeling disgusting and unhappy with how everything fit and what I saw in the mirror! It's something that should help to make you feel nice but instead it did the opposite for me, so for so long I was wearing the wrong size, sports bras and sort of lost all confidence with my image. Since losing weight I obviously got a few pieces along the way to keep me going but yesterday was the first time I thought right I'm going to do this now, I'm 4 stone lighter and things will be different! I picked up these gorgeous bras from Primark believe it or not and they are so supportive and pretty. I also got 3 more so 6 in total! I would have never gone for anything like this before my weight loss as I just felt horrible in it! I couldn't believe that I actually felt nice during this shopping spree and it made me feel so much better just being able to first of all FIND MY SIZE🎉and feel comfortable and supportive in something feminine and girlie!!!✨😁💕Such a surreal feeling to experience and feel excited to wear them! I just wanted to share this here as I know some people will understand the struggles (especially with big boobs!) that the weight loss has helped massively to get me to a bra size I'm more comfortable with and I actually feel confident and happy now!❤️

Chuffed to bits with this... my own scales were showing a gain of 2.5lbs this morning and 4lbs yesterday so I’ll take 1.5lbs and run..... I’m just pleased to have held onto my 7st award. I’m hoping to get 2lbs off this week so have got friends on standby so if I have a wobble tomorrow, I’m to FaceTime them and they’ll distract me from binging. I’ve realised that Sunday’s are a trigger day for me and I really struggle staying on plan. I’m going to get up early, go for a walk and also do some batch cooking to keep me busy.

chia seeds, ground flax seeds and some winter berries 🙇🏼♀️💁🏼♀️ I know it may seem like it would take a long time for me to make this but honestly 10 mins is all you need. Once you’re used to it, you’ll be speedy Gonzales 😂🐢
