Cómanlo solo, con dulce de leche, cubierta de chocolate o glaseado de azúcar impalpable. Todo le queda bien 🤩
INGREDIENTES (10 porciones)
170g manteca, a temp. ambiente
200g (1 taza) azúcar blanca o rubia
210g (1 1/2 tazas) harina 0000
1 cucharadita polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharadita sal
80ml (1/3 taza) leche, a temp. ambiente
1/2 cucharadita extracto de vainilla
180g banana pelada, pisadas (2 medianas aprox.) Cuanto más maduras mejor el gusto
45g (1/2 taza) nueces, picadas
40g (1/2 taza) coco rallado sin azúcar /
Prender el horno a 180*C.
Enmantecar o rociar con spray un molde de budín de 9x27cm o similar, y forrar el fondo con una tira de papel manteca.
En un bowl grande batir manteca con azúcar 2 minutos.
Agregar huevos de a uno, batiendo bien cada vez.
Agregar lo seco tamizado (harina, polvo de hornear y sal) en 2 veces, alternando con leche y vainilla en 1 vez.
Mezclar bien pero no batir de más.
Agregar banana y coco y mezclar un poco.
Agregar nueces y terminar de unir todo bien.
Poner en el molde y hornear 45-50 minutos, o hasta que un probador salga seco.
Dejar enfriar sobre rejilla de metal.

Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel is a practical man. Instead of using round, custom-embossed bottles (pretty much like the majority of the bottles all other whiskey producers use), he chose square shaped bottles to represent his brand - reason?
