Chia seeds have a ton of fiber (~4g per tablespoon). I love putting chia seeds into my greek yogurt, protein shakes or onto toast. 😛 Fiber is found in quality carbs like oats, whole grains and bananas. So especially when dieting and you’re not eating as many carbs as usual, it’s easy to oversee the fact that you’re probably not meeting your daily fiber requirements. If that’s the case, chia seeds are a great way to increase the fiber content of a meal for ~minimal carbs~ 😉 #diethacks
