Ok, it’s been a HOT MINUTE since I’ve done some progress photos. I’ve been doing @torielinfitness
workouts for over a year now, the first photo is one month before I began them. I’ve definitely put on some muscle, and hello #bootygains
😆 It can mess with your head a little, getting bigger, but as long as it’s muscle, I’m game!! .
One of my most favorite IG fitness gurus @carmelrodriguezfit
just came out with a new 12 week program. It’s 12 minutes a day, so I will be adding that program to my regular fitness routine (the #iamstronger
routine by Torie)- so this counts as my first progress photo for #yg12
. I am also still continuing my marathon training, so let’s see if I can squeeze it all in lol. I’d like to lean out some more, so need to learn a little more about proper nutrition, but i may have to wait until after the marathon to do that... we shall see. .
Anyways, thank you Torie for helping me get stronger and making me believe I can achieve my goals!! ❤️😘 .
