Last week I was easing my way back into my workouts after being ill the week before so I wasn’t entirely sure where to restart my 80 day program from 🤔 . I’d started phase 3 already so I’ve picked up from phase 3, week 2. . If you’re ill or have multiple rest days, don’t try and play catch up, your body doesn’t respond well to overtraining so it’s better to just jump back in from where you left off.

#PROGRESOS S13 Hola!! Como algunxs ya sabéis esta cuenta la utilizo como medio para compartir mis progresos sobre la guía de #soniatlevfitness , actualmente estoy terminando la semana 13 (que corresponde a la primera semana de la segunda Guía #tbc2 ). Este es el tiempo que llevo desde que decidí cambiar mis hábitos y poner fin a una época en la que apenas me cuidaba, hacía ejercicio y comía cualquier cosa sin tener en cuenta que mi cuerpo, hay ciertos alimentos que no los tolera. Hace más de 3 años que compré la primera guía de #soniatlev , #tbc1 , la empezaba y en la tercera semana, siempre lo dejaba...😅 en este punto es donde he podido comprobar también lo importante y lo grande que es el poder de la mente, ya que en este último intento lo que mas me ha ayudado a empezar a hacer la guía, cumplirla, tener constancia, disciplina y responsabilidad ha sido tener muy metido en la cabezota que tengo, que no era bueno el estilo de vida que llevaba... La verdad es que nunca había tenido problemas de este estilo, ya que siempre he sido muy delgada y comía de todo, que todo lo quemaba, pero claro, nunca paraba quieta.. desde que empecé a trabajar, las horas que dedico, el estrés que este me ha dado y mas factores externos, adiós metabolismo! Tengo que reconocer que estoy super contenta, motivada y llena de energía de seguir progresando con las guías, de participar en retos y marcarme propósitos relacionado con una vida mucho mas saludable! Y después de este párrafo me despido 😅 espero no haberos aburrido! Me di cuenta de que hasta ahora no m había presentado! 🙈 y bueno... si has llegado hasta aquí, mil gracias por leerme! 😁 . . . Neen, dit is niet de standaard transformatie van een dieet of een trainingsplan. Dit is geen transformatie van een aantal weken. Dit is een transformatie van een aantal uren. De eerste foto is 's ochtends genomen, nadat ik de dag ervoor lekker veel en ook wel wat ongezond gegeten had. De tweede foto is diezelfde avond genomen, nadat ik een dagje gezond gegeten had en lekker gewandeld. Zoals je kan zien is het verschil opmerkelijk, ook al weeg ik op de eerste foto MINDER 🤤🙃 dan op de tweede foto... Wat we hieruit kunnen leren? 😉 1. Gewicht is slechts een getal. Het bepaalt niet hoe we eruit zien. 2. Nadat je een dagje meer gegeten hebt, kun je inderdaad het gevoel hebben dat je er "dikker" uitziet of je opgeblazen voelen. Dit betekent echter niet dat je bent bijgekomen in vet. Heb even geduld en het vocht dat extra wordt vastgehouden door het extra eten verdwijnt weer. Gewoon verder doen als daarvoor dus! En niet streng gaan lijnen of de remmen volledig los laten 😉😊 Wat denk jij van deze transformatie? Was het wat je verwacht had bij het openen van deze foto? 🙄😏
Cuando era chiquita...tenía un enorme complejo...mis piernas...las odiaba realmente...veía las de las otras niñas y las envidiaba por ser más flaquitas...que las mías, pero...ahora de grande realmente las amo... porque además aprendí como cuidarlas con buena alimentación y ejercicios...no las cambio por ninguna otras! Son parte de mi...eso es tener amor propio...lo importante es la seguridad en uno/a mismo/a! My Chest/Back Session today consisted of doing supersets of 1 chest & 1 back exercise with only transitional rest after doing 4 supersets. The supersets consisted of the following: 1. Hannibal Pushups - 4xFailure 2. DB Pullovers - 4×10/12 3. 1 arm crossovers - 4×10/12 4. Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns - 4×10/12 5. Alternating DB Press- 4×10/12 6. Insecurities... "What would you do differently if you had 10x more confidence than you do now?" I really had to think about it when someone asked me this Insecurities are more than just skin deep it effects the ways we act and can hold us back from being our authentic self My answer? I would have the confidence to rock clothes I didn't have the confidence to, I would post my passion for fitness on my insta without making an account away from friends/family. From that moment something in my head clicked. My last day in Cali heading back home.
