Happy tuesday everyone! The sun is shining and spring is on its way which makes me happy ☺️☀️ Another thing that makes me happy is my body’s reaction to my new food schedule I got the other day from @ohanesrafi It might just be in my head but it feels like I have shredded a little bit of fat. When you can't take a W at work yet, you can always take lots of W at the gym.
Routine: 4-5 times weekly, 1-2hours each time. Weight training and metcons combined.
Diet: Protein shakes, a good ratio of meat and veggies and then I eat anything I want. I am not kidding, I eat ayam goreng mcd at 1am or keropok lekor at 2am.
Everyone's different so consult an expert but I just wana share that you can be a glutton pig like me but if you put in the hard work.... it's all ok.
As much as we’d like to think that it does something, unfortunately wishing doesn’t do much.
You have to act. Action is the key to success.

Fitness is about 1/3 exercise , 1/3 nutrition , and most importantly 1/3 motivation. After spending all day in the airport ( We missed a flight to Nola ) I wasn’t eating correctly plus I was unrested from waking up at 5am. That didn’t stop me from squeezing that workout even though it was at 2am on top of being tired AF ( thank god caffeine ). It’s all about motivation ... before you say “ Do you even have a life ?? “. Yes I do. I was still able to grab dinner with my sister and her boyfriend , able to spend some more quality time with my chick , and able to unpack after my trip.
Manage your time and you’ll be able to unconsciously manage your life 👊🏽
