About last night. I was soooo hungry when I got home. I had an awkward meeting time, which meant skipping lunch and saving a smoothie for the bus ride home. I wanted something hot and fresh. CHICKEN AND VEG YO 🙌🏻
Threw in some cashews for some extra fat. It was delicious. Then to ward off the sweet tooth I had some blueberries straight from the fridge so they were super chilled. Finished the day all within my macros 👍🏻

Lean bulk progress - 2 weeks in, 1.5kg up.
Back on the carb cycling train and loving it. 2 high days - lower body, 3 moderate days - upper body, and 2 low days - rest days. Lifting heavier, feeling more fuelled for my workouts and actually enjoying training again.
After I had Remy I cut down to 12% body fat and lost a decent amount of size in my lower body so my main goal this year is to bring my legs and glutes up as much as possible.. Love the process and the grind as much as the results 💫
